VINIFICATION
Hand-harvested and selected grapes from organic vineyards undergo a 12-day maceration in open stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation occurs under controlled temperatures. The wine ages for 24 months, with 30% of it in new barrique barrels. An additional 12 months of bottle aging before market release.
WINE PROFILE
A dry red wine with a deep ruby color. Full-bodied with intense notes of dark berries, toast, and vanilla. On the palate the wine is well structured with finely grained tannins, leading to a finish enriched with hints of Mediterranean herbs.
Food Pairing
Serve with dry-aged steaks, osso buco, or roasted lamb.
