VINIFICATION
Hand-harvested and selected grapes from organic vineyards undergo alcoholic fermentation with wild yeasts under controlled temperatures. The wine matures for 18 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees, followed by an additional 12 months of bottle aging before being released to the market.
WINE PROFILE
A dry white wine of a straw-yellow hue. Medium to full-bodied, with aromas of stone fruit, dry Mediterranean herbs, and almonds. It’s exceptionally creamy and layered wine, with pleasant freshness and a mineral-driven finish.
