VINIFICATION
Selection of grapes from a 50-year-old vineyard. Maceration for 8 days in open concrete tanks. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures. Aged for 18 months in concrete tanks to preserve freshness and crisp red fruit. Further aging of 8 months in the bottle before release.
WINE PROFILE
Dry red wine of a lighter ruby-red hue. Medium-bodied with elegant aromas of fresh blueberries, dark cherries, and earthy tones. The palate is marked by pronounced elegance, softness, and fine silky tannins.

Serve with tuna steak, fish stew, or beef tartare
