VINIFICATION
Selection of grapes from a 40-year-old vineyard. Direct pressing, without maceration. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures. The wine matures for 12 months in concrete tanks to preserve freshness and fruitiness. Aged for an additional 6 months in the bottle before release.

WINE PROFILE
Dry rosé wine of an attractive salmon color, with aromas of wild roses, juicy watermelon, and wild strawberries. Light and creamy on the palate, followed by excellent freshness and a concentration of flavors from old vines

Serve with tuna tartare, sushi, or seafood pasta.
